Course title: 'Accomplishing Successful Document Quality Control as a Medical Writer'
The course can be tailored to suit your Company needs and has been designed to ensure a high level of involvement and a successful outcome for delegates. Please contact me directly to discuss your requirements, or fill in the request form.
Quality control (QC), an important but often overlooked last step in the writing process is applicable to all types of written documents including study reports, manuscripts, and abstracts. Correctly applying a QC process can save time, and in the end money, by ensuring preventable errors do not impinge on the speed and type of review given to documents by reviewers.
The one day training course is intended for medical writers working in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, and biotech industries who need to deliver written documents to clients, regulatory authorities and other reviewers. It will be an ideal forum for those who either have no QC system in place, or are looking to develop one, whilst those with experience of working with, or implementing QC systems will be able to explore and share best practice.
Delegates will learn about the consequences of not implementing and following a QC process, who should perform the task, and how to carry it out. The application of a QC process to regulatory documents as well as manuscripts and other documents will be discussed in detail. Designed to both inform and share experiences, interaction of participants will be actively encouraged.
